I really walked the walk today, yesterday I felt like doo doo I was messing around in last night's post saying I got COVID 21 but maybe I actually do have COVID or something else and I'm usually asymptomatic but maybe I got burned out with bad sleep and my body wasn't in the condition to put up a fight and it hit me , today I woke up and I felt pretty good not perfect but a whole lot better got a fair bit of steps at work trying to help my buddy find a job
