My Actifit Report Card: December 25 2021

Dear actifit diary,

It was a bright morning today; although a little foggy cuz of the harmattan but it was very much accepted by me ☺.

So my actifit activities today consisted of: house chores, yard work, jumping, dancing and lastly, stretching.

I got out of bed 7:00am, said my prayers and turned on my actifit app. There was this breeze of happiness that comes when I began to run the app 😂.

Beginning with my house chores, I worked up to the yard and did the necessary cleaning needed

Then I continue with my real work out; stretching, jumping, dancing, generanlly moving my body and finally stretching again.

The rest of the day, I moved about and this is my report for today's activity. Rock on @actifit 🤘🖤.
