My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2022
Dear actifit diary,
Coupled with staying fit and having that great body, a proper diet should back up that "hustle".
So diet? Yeah. I mostly start my day with a cup of water; it's more like a mini jug 😂. This helps me get my bowel system back on track and it works like magic for a great skin journey.
Fruits comes next when ever I decide to have brunch (a late breakfast). I stay on my activity's peak on these days compared to when I have a normal breakfast.

I've become quite accustomed to this and I feel great with it. Thanks to #actifit, I can be a faithful fitness geek 😊🤘🖤.
