My Actifit Report Card: October 14 2025 Work Sport

Hola hola amigos de actifit en esta oportunidad llegue a los 6,000 pasos mientras realizaba actividades de limpieza en mi trabajo, para tener algo de contexto, tube bastante actividades el día anterior pero más que nada en la tarde y noche por lo cual deje bastante tirado, cosas por aquí y por allá. ( les dejo evidencia del desastre)

Desde temprano y con @actifit de mi lado estuve limpiado y acomodando todo, sacando basura, barriendo, acomodando material metálico, sacando trapos sucios, recogiendo todo el tiradero de la noche anterior, una vez acomodando todo es que tome un ligero descanso pero me basto todo esa actividad para lograr cumplir con mi meta diaria de actifit. ( con razón bajo rápido de peso :D)
