My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2025 (Natural Day)

Hola hola amigos de actifit, para este día llegue muy temprano al trabajo, hasta eso no fue un día tan pesado de inicio ya que vine en la camioneta aunque lo bueno sería por la tardé.

Me tocó buscar entre la calle un poco de piedra suelta, aquí la conocemos como grava, para poder llenar un costal pero después de un buen rato caminando por un terreno bastante lleno de malesa no encontré mucha que digamos.

Aunque si fue lindo salir un momento a reconectar un poco y salir caminando por el pasto en puntos donde la hierba no estaba tan larga, un pequeño paseo con el sol encima para agarrar calor y respirar un poco mejor, estos días y con el tiempo frio me había dolido la garganta pero gracias a Dios el malestar ya se está quitando.
