My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2022

Rieccoci a pubblicare i passi del giorno, dopo quasi due mesi bloccato in casa prima per quarantena preventiva e poi,poco dopo, per aver preso il virus ma finalmente sono guarito e libero!!
I passi di oggi non sono moltissimi poco più di 5k perché ho passato metà giornata a pranzo.. abbiamo recuperato il pranzo di Natale che non abbiamo potuto fare a dicembre.
Poi giro con la piccola Olivia al parco e ora relax sul divano che domani si ricomincia la vita normale!!

Here we are again to publish the steps of the day, after almost two months stuck at home first for preventive quarantine and then, shortly after, for taking the virus but finally I am healed and free !!

Today's steps are not much more than 5k because I spent half a day at lunch .. we recovered the Christmas lunch that we couldn't do in December.

Then I ride with little Olivia to the park and now relax on the sofa that tomorrow we start normal life again !!
