My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2022
Ciao ragazzi ecco i miei passi di ieri, dopo la piccola corsa di appena 3 km mi sento le gambe distrutte come se ne avessi fatti 100, d’altronde sono stato fermo un bel po’ di tempo e il covid non ha sicuramente aiutato ma piano piano si riparte.
Passi fatti praticamente tutti al lavoro un buon 80% il resto in passeggiata con le mie donne.
Questa notte a differenza di ieri ho dormito molto bene e ho preso come voto buono arrivando al mio obiettivo di riposo di 7 ore.. oggi si ripete l’allenamento ma ne parleremo poi domani buona pomeriggio!!
Hi guys, here are my steps yesterday, after the small race of just 3 km I feel my legs destroyed as if I had made 100, on the other hand I have been stopped for quite some time and covid has certainly not helped but slowly we start again.
Practically everyone’s steps at work a good 80% the rest while walking with my women.
Tonight, unlike yesterday, I slept very well and I took as a good grade reaching my 7-hour rest goal .. today the training is repeated but we will talk about it tomorrow good afternoon !!
