Buona sera ragazzi ecco i miei passi di ieri principalmente fatti con la cagnolina Olivia è il resto in pulizie di casa… mi sono decisamente riposato ieri.

Il sonno è stato decisamente buono dopo nottate di sonno a singhiozzo stanotte mi sono fatto otto ore di sonno dietro fila ricevendo un buon voto per durata e qualità

Oggi ho corso ma ne parleremo domani, vi auguro una buona serata cari!! A domani

Good evening guys here are my steps yesterday mainly done with the little dog Olivia is the rest in house cleaning ... I definitely rested yesterday.

The sleep was definitely good after hiccups nights tonight I had eight hours of sleep around the line receiving a good grade for duration and quality

I ran today but we’ll talk about it tomorrow, I wish you a good evening dear!! See you tomorrow
