Buona sera ragazzi, ecco i miei passi della Domenica.. nonostante un pranzo infinito sono riuscito a dedicarmi alla mia corsa aggiungendo un altro chilometro, portandomi da cinque a sei ma il sesto veramente con la lingua a terra.
Penso che per ora questo sia il mio limite e allo stesso tempo obiettivo da superare!

La nottata è stata molto tranquilla nonostante lo stop della caldaia e i 16 gradi nella camera sotto le coperte vicini vicini siamo stati benissimo e si vede anche dal buon voto ricevuto!!

Oggi la giornata è stata più rilassante ma come sempre di oggi ne parleremo domani!:)

Good evening guys, here are my Sunday steps .. despite an endless lunch I managed to dedicate myself to my race by adding another kilometer, taking me from five to six but the sixth really with the tongue on the ground.

I think for now this is my limit and at the same time goal to overcome!

The night was very quiet despite the boiler stop and the 16 degrees in the room under the nearby blankets we had a great time and you can also see from the good grade received !!

Today the day was more relaxing but as always today we will talk about it tomorrow!:)
