Слава Україні is a Ukrainian national salute meaning "Glory to Ukraine!" and serves as a symbol of national sovereignty and resistance. The appropriate and customary response is "Heroiam slava!" (Героям слава!), meaning "Glory to the heroes!". This phrase has a deep historical significance, used by Ukrainian groups and gaining renewed prominence during the Euromaidan revolution and the Russian-Ukrainian War.

It is now the official salute of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and is widely used as a gesture of solidarity and support for Ukraine.
