오늘부터 다시 PT수업을 듣습니다.
운동전에 러닝머신도 하고, 걷기운동도했습니다.
오늘은 팔운동을 진행했는데요.
일주일의 휴가 뒤에 하는거라 그런지 무게감이 앞전에 했을때보다 더 무거운 느낌이였습니다(어쩌면 무게가 더 나간걸지도요!)
내일은 화요일이라 수업이 없습니다.
걷기운동만 해야겠어요!! 플랭크도 1분은 필수!
