오늘은 pt수업이있던날!
등운동 하는줄 알았는데, 가슴운동하는날!!이였습니다
마지막으로 어깨로 살포시 사레레 했는데 어휴 왜이렇게 운동은 힘든걸까요 ㅠㅠ
어깨와 가슴사이의 근육이 땡기고
팔이 덜덜거립니다.. 얼른 근육키우고 무게도 좀 더 올려야하는데 몸이 안따라주네요 ㅠㅠ
다음주는 등운동! 월요일에는 열심히 더 열심히 아자아자!
