회사마치고 약 40분정도 걸어서 pt수업들으러갑니다
요즘 온도가 다시 내려가고있기도하고
바람도 살랑살랑 불기때문에 걷는데는 문제가없어요
아직 살짝 습하긴 하지만 걷기운동하기엔 딱입니다.
오늘은 pt수업때 등운동을 했습니다.
제가듣는곳은 30분동안 근력운동을 하는곳이에요.
한부위만 집중공략해서 운동한답니다.
개인적으로 등운동 좋아합니다 흐흐
아직까진 자극점을 제대로 못느끼는것 같긴한데
무게를 더 올리자니 잘 못하는것같아서 ㅠ
무게낮춰서 하는중입니다 ㅜ.ㅠ
오늘은 바벨로 데드리프트 20kg로 햇어요.
기존에 다녔던 헬스장과는 머신들의 바벨무게가 좀 다르게 느껴져서, 실제 무게랑은 차이가있는듯합니다
