치팅데이후의 pt수업은 너무 힘들다..^^
오늘은 하체여서 앞벅지가 터지는줄..
와중에 오늘은 스쿼트 50개 하는날이라 아주 허벅지운동 제대로했닼ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

수업끝나고 집가는길에 코스트코들러서 샐러드랑 디너롤도 사고왔다! 저녁식사한끼로 딱인듯!
