쌤이 무게 더 올려도 할수있을것같은데 라고하시는데...
전 아닌것같아요 지금도 충분히 힘든걸요😭
오늘도 팔이 후들후들거렷는데.. 다음에 가슴할때 무조건 무게를 올리시겠지😭😭
