오늘은 pt수업때 하체운동을 했어요.
백런지와 스쿼트30kg...으윽..
레그익스텍션인가 앞벅지운동하는 기구가 있는데 그거하고나서 정말이지 다리가 후덜후덜거렸습니닼ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

하체하는날은 진짜 너무 힘든거같아요 ㅠㅠ
심장박동도 제일 높게나옴 ㅎㅎ

운동후에 집까지 다시 또 걸어가구요!
오늘 하루도 수고하셨습니다 ㅎㅎ
