🔥 Starting the week at a steady pace!

Wrapped up 4 km of running today under the intense 34°C heat 🌞
Kept it light to gradually increase the intensity throughout the week.
Followed the run with 10 minutes of calisthenics to activate the whole body 💪

One surprise: the park was much more crowded than usual — really nice to see so many people out, especially on a Monday!

🔥 Começando a semana em um ritmo constante!

Hoje finalizei 4 km de corrida enfrentando o forte calor de 34°C 🌞
Optei por manter o ritmo leve para ir aumentando a intensidade nos próximos dias.
Depois da corrida, fiz 10 minutos de calistenia para ativar o corpo todo 💪

Uma surpresa: o parque estava bem mais movimentado que o normal — muito bom ver tanta gente se exercitando, ainda mais numa segunda-feira!
