Office Steps and Traffic Reps
today was all traffic, gray skies, and office staircases.
The only trails I hit were taillights in a jam, and my “hike” was a few loops around the office. I’d call it “urban survival cardio.” Still, even in the mess of rain and meetings, there was beauty, like a quiet sunrise behind a church spire or the lonely glow of headlights stretching into the night.
It wasn’t glamorous, but it was real. Not every day is about big moves, some days are just about staying in motion, even if it’s just between the desk and the coffee machine.
Tomorrow’s another shot. Today? Still counts.

Strange as it sounds, I have several rain jackets, to let them dry out in between days of use Lol!!😇😊

Lol... And I thought I was the only one who had multiple pairs of shoes.....😂
One pair is for dry weather or sort of dry weather.....
Another pair is for ...you're gonna get wet weather!!
Well, it's even worse here :-)
One is for walks along the canal, another is for walks in the forest, then one for more hiking, one for faster walks, one for strength-building walks, and only then we begin with the weather variants :-)

I have the same with my 6-months shoes as well, they should be waterproof, but now they seem like made of sponge :-D About time to replace them again!

Absolutely from time to time! I’ve had a few good ones, the Vans extreme weather ones, and The North Face shoes, they are also very good (which are the ones I’m wearing mostly now).
