Do You Have Any Dirty Swimming Pool There?

The deplorable state of local stadium is getting out of hand, more horrible is its state that it poses more threat than expected.

It starts with swimming pool not getting drained on time, secondary school children has seen this as a fun thing, pissing and doing all sort of thing in the water.

The agency in charge aren't bothered too, so far the money is coming in steadily. Neither are they prepared to offer the cost of cleaning the pool.

The rate of degeneration of the pool is getting out of hand, I just hope they close the pool soon, the water is getting so dirty, many teenager are allowed into the pool all at once, as much as thirty. Making a mess of the water, Risking there health, having dangerous fun and enjoying the whole thrill.

Are there agency that can help with this in my state, do you have such scenario happening in your area too, maybe a delapitated structure that if not well manage could pose a threat to human life or damage those using it.

For me I'll rather take a morning walk exercise than a swimming pool.
