The news has come on that the federal government is easing it down a little on the lockdown by allowing some business to open in some major states and cities in Nigeria. Though the news has comes with mixed feelings as to why the federal government should have made this announcement when the rate at which the people are contacting this virus is increasing day by day.

In addition to this, the Nigerian Football Federation under the President Amaju Pinnick has made it known the Nigerian sports won't be up and running yet, even though they have incurred some looses during this period since March when all sport activities were stopped. The President of the federation said that due consultation must be done to both FIFA and many governing bodies before sports can resume fully in Nigeria.

It is very important to think of health at this time more than sport.

He also thank the international community for coming to the aid of Nigerian Sport system during the Corona virus.

For now, only Lagos, Ogun and Abuja have eased the lockdown, but sports isn't yet included on the activities that will be seen soon.
