My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2020
I was able to hit my step goal today. That is about the only good thing I have to say about this post.
It was a nice day hanging out by the pool and eating some good food. I wasn't very active though and that is not a habit I want to slip back into.
I need to start getting up early again and getting my butt in gear.

There are days when I would rather be anywhere but on a hike. I have a love/hate thing with it, lol! However, I feel so much better after a hike, than if I just sit and miss going. I suspect really, you might be the same. Half of the battle is to just get up and move! Like I said; love/hate relationship with exercise.
