That sucks! I have a ton of tablets sitting in my office with issues like that. Most of them are iPads and they are the second edition, so they aren't really worth sending them in to get fixed. If I knew a vendor that did Asus stuff, I would send you the contact info. Sadly we don't have many Asus devices in our inventory.
