I love a good Porterhouse. I don't eat them as much as I used to though. I imagine they go for a pretty penny on your side of the country!

I got both meats on sale. Half off, so it came out only $25 per pound...
I haven't checked lately, but last I looked it was like $16.99 a pound here.
You might be able to get some Top Sirloin at that price here...
