That is how my wife and I were last summer when we were working from home because of Covid. Sleep in, go for a walk, then go about our day. That hasn't been happening lately. Back to the 4 AM mornings and working out in the basement!

I've not seen some colleagues in over a year. We don't even have webcams for conference calls. It's been a strange time and it will take a while to get used to being around people again.

Oh wow, that is crazy. I know that webcams were in short supply for a while there. I can't imagine doing a conference without one. Although, I leave mine off most of the time!

I think it's partly for security reasons as laptops can be taken into secure areas. They order laptops without cameras, but then we have conference rooms in the office with fancy video systems.
