I Failed To Dunk πŸ€ πŸŽ…πŸ¦Œ

My last dunk session was on December 21st and then this one was on the 26th. The session on the 21st was solid but today's session I just didn't have that extra little bounce. I was afraid that might happen because there was the snow storm and Sub Zero conditions πŸ₯ΆπŸ₯ΆπŸ₯ΆπŸ₯Ά so I hid out at my parents house and there is a fine line between resting and being off the court and out of the gym too long. I was more icing my knee trying to get the inflammation down.

Today I more was getting rim stuffed and was a couple inches lower than I needed to be. I needed to weigh in 10 lb lighter than I did today. I weighed in at 215lb. I have dunked at that weight before but it is extremely hard. I limited myself on my eating but I just think the salt content was high and caused me to retain more water.

Personally I don't think it makes sense to try to dunk the next couple days before my surgery on the 29th.

It is upsetting I couldn't bang one. Looks like I'm high enough but in reality I just didn't have that extra bounce. πŸ‡ if I thought I felt really good tomorrow I might try but likely not.

Man, so close, but yet so far away. Yeah, take it easy until the surgery. Weight has held me back before, lol. Thanks for being real!

It was close but I really hope this surgery will allow my knee to feel normal so I can get more volume in and rise up and dunk on fools.

That’s really impressive jumping up like that! I could never do such high jump. I did play basketball at high school but I was rather short sighted so I didn’t pursue the game. My friends became famous in this sport, I was quite envious!

Better cool it till after the hospital deal!

Good luck.

Great! Lucky you! Things went smoothly for you! Your good karma (good deeds) does reflect on your life journey!

Take it easy for a while! Don’t go around jumping all over the place! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

For now I'm grounded. The doctor said my knee was really torn up and when I look at the pictures from the scope from the surgery there were parts that didn't look good and I'm not even an expert on the situation.

That sounds drastic! Time to be patient and stay still for a while!
Hope you have lots of entertainments and computer games! No more jumping! πŸ™€πŸ˜…
