After tearing my distal bicep tendon away from the bone and having to have it reattached on my left arm and also having knee surgery to fix a complex tear in my medial meniscus I was back to living in hitters heads rent free. Got him with my curve ball.

It was a really successful tour overall and we were able to shutout the Lancaster Barnstormers and we technically beat the Staten Island Ferry Hawks because they had to roll and inning when we had runners on base.

Right now I'm working hard to be physically better than I was going into the tour. For the next month I'm really grinding it out and will be ready to get hitters out over in Europe.

That poor opposing team, i bet they wanted a base hit so they could make a comeback, but you had to throw one over the plate in a non-linear fashion.

Physical therapy will be key to your recovery, exercises do miracles, I know you'll be fine.
