I will check it out. For now i have chosen a garmin coach who does 1 min of running in 9 mins cycle. Lets see how it goes. I struggled with running even when i was only 55kgs. I get stomach cramps. Maybe it was incorrect breathing

That may do a similar thing. I do get a 'stitch' sometimes, which may be like a stomach cramp. I think breathing technique can help. There's loads of info online.
