About the athlete : older man trying …. Hahahah Goodmorning that made me laugh but maybe I need to try this aswell. I need to loose weight and get fit again. Portsmouth for Pentecost weekend nice. We have it on the wishlist to visit a n old colleague of hubby. Who knows I can run the 7 km aswell 😅

I seem to inspire a few people to run. It's pretty nice here. One day we will get the ferry over to the Isle of Wight. Maybe even take the hovercraft. Off to see more of the naval museum today.
