Niedziela pracująca, ale za to mam prawie cały tydzień wolne. Tym razem zrobiłem trening zgodnie z planem. Dużym plusem była pogoda, po tych kilku deszczowych dniach taka odmiana jest super. Kilka stopni powyżej zera, ale słonecznie, czyli wręcz idealnie na trening. Trener z Garmina sukcesywnie wydłuża moje treningi, jeszcze dwa tygodnie temu normą było 5 minut rozgrzewki / 15 minut spokojnego biegu / 5 minut schłodzenia. Ostatniej niedzieli czas spokojnego biegu został wydłużony do 20 minut, a wczoraj już wynosił 30 minut.

[ENG] Sunday working, but I have almost the whole week off. This time I did my training according to the plan. A big plus was the weather, after several rainy days such a change is great. A few degrees above zero, but sunny, so perfect for a workout. The trainer from Garmin successively extends my workouts, just two weeks ago the norm was 5 minutes warm-up / 15 minutes quiet run / 5 minutes cool down. Last Sunday the quiet run time was extended to 20 minutes, and yesterday it was already 30 minutes.

Nie było to trudne, bo w sumie powtórzyłem bieg z soboty, tylko, że tym razem musiałem biec według komend z zegarka. Trasa prawie ta sama tym razem w przeciwną stronę. Takie bieganie według określonych wskazań jest dla mnie bardziej męczące niż zwykłe truchtanie na luzie, ale nikt nie mówił, że będzie łatwo.

[ENG] It wasn't hard because I basically repeated the run from Saturday, only this time I had to run according to the commands from my watch. The route was almost the same, this time in the opposite direction. This kind of running according to specific instructions is more tiring for me than just a casual jog, but no one said it would be easy.
