Wczorajszy trening był nie plananowany. W sumie miałem zaplanowany trening na piątek, ale nie miał byś tak długi. Ten trening miałem w planie na niedzielę, ale z racji tego że na niedzielę miałem inne plany zdecydowałem się na zmianę planów. Potem jeszcze raz zmieniłem swoje plany, ale okazało się, że mój zegareek tych planów nie otrzymał.

Żeby nie tracić całego treningu zdecydowałem się zrobić najdłuższy trening od kilku miesięcy, nie było łatwo, ale dałem radę.
