Spokojna sobota przed nocką. Ostatnio odczuwałem deficyt snu, dlatego pozwoliłem sobie na dłuższe wylegiwanie się. Żona sama pojechała na zakupy, zwykle robiła to w piątki przed południem. Niestety w piątek zabrałem jej samochód, żeby dostać się do pracy. Oczywiście mogła wstać rano, odwieźć mnie do pracy i mieć samochód do dyspozycji. Ja go nie potrzebuję przez cały dzień. Odzwyczaiła się jednak od wczesnego wstawania i z konieczności wybrała zakupy w sobotę. Po powrocie i rozpakowaniu zakupów ogarnęliśmy się na trening.

[ENG] It was a quiet Saturday before a night out. I've been experiencing a sleep deficit lately, so I allowed myself to linger longer. My wife went shopping independently, usually done on Fridays before noon. Unfortunately, on Friday, I took her car to get to work. Of course, she could get up in the morning, drive me to work and have the car at her disposal. I don't need it all day. However, she had become unaccustomed to getting up early and, out of necessity, chose to go shopping on Saturday. After returning and unpacking the shopping, we embraced the workout.

W związku z tym, że miałem w planie bieganie, a w zasadzie pewny wariant interwałów, to wybrałem bieżnię w bazie. Trening miał polegać na dziesięciu seriach 200 metrów biegu / 20 wykroków / 20 przysiadów, od siebie dodałem jeszcze 200 metrów truchtu, żeby łatwiej mi było wchodzić na wyższe tempo biegu. Na stadionie zauważyłem, że wieje silny wiatr z północy, żeby sobie pomóc tak ustawiłem trening, żeby biec z wiatrem w plecy, a pod wiatr truchtać odcinki regneracyjne. Wbrew pozorom wykonanie dziesięciu powtórzenie nie było tak łatwe jak myślałem, po zakończeniu interwałów nie miałem już ochoty na rozbieganie.

[ENG] As I planned to run, in fact, some variant of intervals, I chose the treadmill at the base. The workout was supposed to consist of ten series of 200 metres of running / 20 lunges / 20 squats; from myself, I added another 200 metres of trotting to make it easier for me to get into a higher running pace. At the stadium, I noticed a strong wind coming from the north, and to help myself, I set up my training so that I would run with the wind at my back and jog the regeneration sections against the wind. Contrary to appearances, completing ten repetitions was more challenging than I thought. After finishing the intervals, I no longer felt like running.
