Wczoraj uznałem, że skoro nie mogę chodzić, żeby zbytnio nie obciążać nogi to zrobię sobie trening w domu i wykonam zestaw ćwiczeń, które nie powinny zbytnio tej nogi obciążać. Nastawiłem się na około 40 minut wysiłku, ale po pierwszej serii musiałem odpuścić. A wszystko przez pajacyki. W tym zestawie ćwiczeń było też 50 pajacyków w każdej serii, ja nie dałem rady zrobić nawet dziesięciu. Próbowałem jeszcze na skakance, ale efekt był podobny, ból w kostce, a w zasadzie ścięgnie Achillesa.

[ENG] Yesterday I decided that since I can't walk, so as not to put too much strain on my leg, I'll do some training at home and do a set of exercises that shouldn't put too much strain on my leg. I aimed for about 40 minutes of effort, but after the first set, I had to give up. And it's all because of jumping jacks. This set of exercises also included 50 jumping jacks in each set, but I couldn't even do ten. I also tried jumping rope, but the effect was similar, pain in the ankle, or rather in the Achilles tendon.

Skoro nie mogę skakać to ograniczyłem się do najprostszego zestawu: pompki, brzuszki i przysiady. W trakcie tych ćwiczeń Achilles nie dokuczał tak bardzo. Zrobiłem w sumie 5 serii po 20 powtórzeń. Po południu pojechałem do sklepu zaopatrzyć się w stabilizator stopy, zobaczę jak będzie się spisywał. Jedyne co mogę robić w przypadku tej nogi to ją oszczędzać, ale z drugiej strony nosi mnie niemożliwie. To bardzo niekomfortowa sytuacja dla mnie.

[ENG] Since I can't jump, I limited myself to the simplest set: push-ups, sit-ups and squats. During these exercises, the Achilles did not bother me so much. I did a total of 5 sets of 20 reps. In the afternoon I went to the store to buy a foot stabilizer, I'll see how it works. The only thing I can do with this leg is to save it, but on the other hand it carries me impossible. This is a very uncomfortable situation for me.
