Czwartek należał do takich dni, że działo się bardzo dużo. Przed południem wizyta u fryzjera, a później odebranie okolicznościowego coina w pracy. Nie co dzień jest okazja, żeby celebrować 75 lat powstania firmy, dla której się pracuje od ? lat.

[ENG] Thursday was one of those days when a lot was happening. In the morning, a visit to the hairdresser, and then collecting a commemorative coin at work. It's not every day you get the opportunity to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the company you work for ? years.

Po południu nadszedł czas na realizację planu biegowego. Tym razem plan był zbliżony do poprzedniego treningu z jedną małą różnicą, czas marszu został skrócony z 5 do 3 minut, czyli mniej czasu na złapanie oddechu. Tym razem wybrałem uliczki w okolicach domu jako ścieżki biegowe. Kierowałem się w stronę centrum miasta, bo tam jest bardziej płasko. Gdybym wybrał trasę w przeciwnym kierunku, to już na początku miałbym pod górkę, a tego wolałem uniknąć.

[ENG] In the afternoon, it was time to implement the running plan. This time the plan was similar to the previous training with one small difference - the walking time was shortened from 5 to 3 minutes, which means less time to catch your breath. This time I chose the streets around the house as running paths. I headed towards the city centre because it's flatter there. If I had chosen the route in the opposite direction, it would have been uphill from the very beginning, and I wanted to avoid that.

Trochę się obawiałem, jak to wyjdzie. W trakcie biegu nie kontrolowałem tempa, skupiałem się na wykonaniu zadania. Dopiero po powrocie do domu mogłem dokładnie przeanalizować dane z treningu. Ogólnie jestem zadowolony, bo tempo biegu poprawiłem, wszystkie trzy odcinki pobiegłem poniżej 6 min/km. Cieszy mnie to, bo moim celem jest powrót do tempa poniżej 6 min/km na dystansach powyżej 5 km.

[ENG] I was a little worried about how it would turn out. During the run, I didn't control my pace, I focused on completing the task. Only after returning home was I able to thoroughly analyse the training data. Overall, I am satisfied because I improved my running pace, I ran all three sections below 6 min/km. I'm happy about this because my goal is to return to a pace below 6 min/km for distances over 5 km.
