[ENG] Yesterday I was going to work expecting a lot of tasks – the beginning of the month is usually very busy because updates need to be implemented on the networks we manage. Fortunately, it turned out that my colleague who was on the night shift handled everything perfectly and completed all the necessary work. All that was left for me was to make my morning coffee and monitor the systems.

Plan treningowy Garmina zaproponował mi bieg regeneracyjny, więc postanowiłem spróbować go zrealizować.

[ENG] Garmin's training plan suggested a recovery run, so I decided to give it a try. I'm not a fan of running at a slow pace, but luckily this workout didn't require strict heart rate control – I just had to maintain a pace of around 7:30 min/km for 34 minutes. I completed 86% of it, which I consider a pretty good result. Once I no longer had to so rigorously control my pace, I could run more freely, which is best illustrated by the pace chart. After about four kilometers of a recovery run, I ran the next three kilometers at a more natural rhythm for me, similar to my recent results.

[ENG] When I finished work at 7:00 PM, I went to pick up my wife and together we went to vote in the presidential election. We made it just before the polling station closed.

Cheers to your colleague, he nailed every tasks, while you didn't expect, and the first day of the month was not coming with a lot of tasks. I will say it was a surprise, since it doesn't mostly came up with that, he truly did meaningful tasks on his night shift.
