Ciężko było przetrwać ostatnią nockę w pracy. Nie miałem sił na żadne ćwiczenia, dlatego oprócz krótkiego spaceru ograniczyłem się do odpoczywania. Po odespaniu nocki wciąż mam deficyt snu, ale nie mogłem sobie pozwolić na długie wylegiwanie się w łóżku. Garmin pokazywał, że mam jeszcze ponad 30 godzin regeneracji, ale olałem to (lub: zignorowałem to), bo miałem ogromną ochotę pobiegać.

[ENG] It was hard to get through the last night shift at work. I had no energy for any exercise, so apart from a short walk, I limited myself to "resting." After sleeping off the night shift, I still have a sleep deficit, but I couldn't allow myself a long lie-in. My Garmin showed that I still needed over 30 hours of recovery, but I ignored it (or: blew it off) because I had a huge urge to run.

Trasa była bardzo podobna do ostatniego biegu. Na początek wzniesienie przy cmentarzu, które tym razem pokonałem w rekordowym tempie, poprawiając swój wcześniejszy rekord o pięć sekund. Później chwila spokojnego biegu i kolejne wzniesienie, "Chemin de la Poterie". Może, gdyby Garmin przypomniał mi o moim rekordzie, to bym go poprawił. Skończyło się jednak na drugim najlepszym wyniku, który był o 4 sekundy gorszy od najlepszego. Teraz, kiedy mam to wszystko zanotowane (lub: zapamiętane), spróbuję przy następnej okazji poprawić ten rekord. Dalej było już spokojnie, bez większych górek. Kusiło mnie, żeby dociągnąć do dychy (10 km), ale skończyło się na nieco ponad dziewięciu kilometrach.

[ENG] The route was very similar to the last run. To start, there was the hill by the cemetery, which I conquered this time at a record pace, improving my previous personal best by five seconds. Later, a moment of easy running and then the next hill, "Chemin de la Poterie." Maybe if my Garmin had reminded me of my record there, I would have broken it. However, I ended up with my second-best result, which was 4 seconds slower than my best. Now that I have all that recorded/noted, I will try to beat that record next time. After that, it was easy going, with no major hills. I was tempted to push for ten [kilometers], but I finished at just over nine kilometers.
