Czas na relaks i przerwę od biegania. Czułem w nogach, że kolejny dzień biegowy mógłby być tym jednym dniem za dużo. Nadrobiłem trochę zaległości w domu, a po południu poszedłem z żoną na spacer. Była zdziwiona, że nie biegam, ale ucieszyła się na wspólny spacer. Dla niej to zawsze okazja do wyjścia poza ścieżki, które codziennie przemierza.
ENG] Time for some relaxation and a break from running. I could feel in my legs that another running day might have been one day too many. I caught up on some chores at home, and in the afternoon, I went for a walk with my wife. She was surprised that I wasn't running but was happy for the walk together. For her, it's always an opportunity to go beyond the paths she walks every day.
