Zgodnie z tym, co pisałem wczoraj, rano po zimie nie było już śladu – deszcz wszystko roztopił. Taką zimę to ja lubię! Kolejny dzień w pracy; tym razem nie planowałem biegania w czasie przerwy, więc nie wziąłem ze sobą legginsów. W sumie mógłbym potruchtać w krótkich spodenkach, bo było kilka stopni na plusie, ale ostatecznie zdecydowałem się na orbitrek i hantle.

[ENG] Just as I wrote yesterday, there was no trace of winter left this morning—the rain melted everything away. That's the kind of winter I like! Another day at work; this time I hadn't planned on running during my break, so I didn't bring any leggings. I suppose I could have jogged in shorts, as it was a few degrees above freezing, but I opted for the elliptical and dumbbells instead.

Muszę na przyszłość lepiej zaplanować trening siłowy, bo dziś zrobiłem tylko kilka serii bez konkretnego planu, żeby wyczuć ciężary. Najtrudniej jest mi zmobilizować się do regularnych wizyt na siłowni. Wiem, że gdybym wytrzymał dwa tygodnie, to później „złapałbym bakcyla” i byłoby już łatwiej, ale najtrudniejszy jest zawsze pierwszy krok.

[ENG] I need to plan my strength training better in the future, because today was just a few sets without a real plan, just to get a feel for the weights. The hardest part for me is motivating myself to hit the gym regularly. I know that if I could just stick it out for two weeks, I'd get "catch the flow" and it would become easier, but the first step is always the hardest.
