Szara, zachmurzona niedziela to dla mnie żaden powód, by odpuścić bieganie.

[ENG] A gray, cloudy Sunday is no reason for me to skip a run. On the contrary—when the sky looks like a steel blanket and there's a cool dampness in the air, the running conditions are almost perfect. Just like yesterday, I took my work break earlier than usual because the locker room and showers close later on. And I don’t regret a single kilometer.

[ENG] I forgot to bring my favorite Shokz from home, which are perfect for running and cycling, so I had to make do with my heavy Sony headphones. They’re fine for a one-off, but if I had to run in them every day, it would be a real pain. I also had the option of earbuds, but they were wired, which is a total deal-breaker for me—I hate it when cables dangle along my body.

[ENG] When I stopped my watch, Garmin showed a distance of 7.85 km, a time of 47:23 min, and an average pace of 6:02 min/km. The pace on individual kilometers fluctuated between 5:53 and 6:16 min/km. My legs worked steadily, my mind was somewhere far away—lost in the headphones—and that's how nearly 50 minutes passed in a really great rhythm.
