My Actifit Report Card: August 17 2020

Today was my first day back to sprinting in over a month!

I’ve been doing a lot of traveling, and although I’ve kept up with my strength training, I kinda fell off of the sprinting.

Fortunately though I got back to it today and did around 8 sprint intervals. This was a solid amount because I never want to go too hard when I’m getting back into things.

I snapped some photos but looks like I was too fast for the camera :)
