Today was my first day back on rings since I had an injury in the middle of March...that’s just shy of 6 months!!
Crazy to think it’s been this long, but I was so excited to feel ready to get back on these.
Push ups and squats are body weight without any rings
Pull ups
Set 1 - 8 Reps
Set 2 - 4 Reps
Push ups
Set 1 - 13 Reps
Set 2 - 10 Reps
Squats
Set 1 - 11 Reps
Set 2 - 10 Reps
Chin ups
Set 1 - 4 Reps
Set 2 - 5 Reps
Ab Raises
Set 1 - 11
Set 2 - 10
Key motto is never give up!! It feels good to be back ✨
