My Actifit Report Card: October 18 2021

Today was a perfect Monday! Got a ton finished, including a very nice workout. Started with a 15 minute Qi Gong workout.

No pain today, so another new week injury free is really building my confidence and showing I’m right on track.

The pull ups felt great today, but chin-ups felt straining, so I only did one set. My right arm and pec we’re starting to hurt, but my new routine is to lay on my acupressure mat right after my workout. That seems to bring blood flow to my entire back, relaxing my muscles after the tension from the workout.

All exercises are body weight except for bicep curls with bands
