My Actifit Report Card: October 22 2021

October 22th - Another workout and week completed!

I decided to only do one set of pull-ups today after feeling some pain in my abs. I’m def sore from my massage yesterday but I’m glad to still workout and just go a little easier.

Nice workout today, I ended up doing more than I thought I would. Slowly adding dips back into my workouts has been awesome! I can tell I’m building my strength back up and helping to deal with these muscle imbalances.
