My Actifit Report Card: February 12 2021

Po vypjatých čtyřech dnech, přišel uklidňující pátek. 30k+ v práci. Polovina pondělního výkonu :-). Stihl jsem si odpočinout a pak jít se Sofií na středně dlouhou procházku.

After a tense four days, a reassuring Friday came :-). 30k + at work. Half of Monday's performance. I managed to relax and then go for a medium walk with Sofia.

It snowed gently in the afternoon while the sun shone. The frost receded a bit to a pleasant -5 ° C :-).
