Day 1036 | Monday Walk & Water Fasting

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

It was a good monday doing some bookkeeping in the morning sticking to drinking lots of water to go on a walk in the afternoon resisting all temptations. The weather turned a lot better these last days and i'm hoping this is a turning point for me to start living more healthy again doing more work outs. I went to bed early and already woke up around 04:30 and took my laptop instead of going back to sleep directly which somewhat disoriented my sleep. Overall a positive day.
