Day 1141 | Kitchen Time & 2-Hour Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

It was quite a good saturday where I spent some time in the kitchen to prepare fresh and healthy broccoli with brown rice and I did once again do my regular walking route which takes just about 2 hours. The coming days I plan to do another water fasting period.
