Day 1253 | New Rowing Trainer

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

My mom bought a rowing trainer (a Concept 2) and I went home to install if for her. So from here on out everyt time I go home I will be able to include a rowing full body workout on the day. I also played some more basket, walked with our dog, played with my nieces so it was a fun Friday. The weekend again will be quite busy with many matches on the schedule.

I plan on making Saturday into a reps day and go on a run on Sunday.
