Thursday had me play tennis again from 11:00 to 12:00 after completing my Splinterlands quests in the morning and I mainly was occupied with the Europa League matches in the evening. I also lost some focus (again) when it came down to my weight-loss getting some less healthy food from the supermarket. I aim to join another hot yoga session on Friday and prepare for the weekend where I might do 1 or 2 fasting days
