I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...
I took a good start on Friday joining the 60-Minute Lunchbreak session but couldn't resist some less healthy food in the afternoon and the evening which made me sleep quite badly. I still have some of it in my fridge and will do some fasting days to make up for it once I'm done. I also put some time in the evening to sort out some Splinterlands rentals to get some more passive income from them.
