Day 1351 | 70-Minute Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I continue to keep my discipline for now hoping it turns into a habit as I got in some activity with a 70-Minute afternoon walk and I also again limited my eating on Sunday while drinking 2.5 Liter water and taking my supplements. It quickly has shown on the scale as the peak 73kg I was at by the end of last year already is down to 71.2 kg. There is still a long way to go for me to reach my more optimal weight of 62-64kg but I'm in no rush and the approach of cosistency losing a bit at at time is what I'm aiming for.

On Monday I aim to do some reps
