Day 1354 | Morning Run & Family Time


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

It was a good Wednesday where I went on another short morning run, was quite productive for some hours after to go home spending some more Family time. I did for the first time this year slightly overeat on food my mom made but none of it was unhealthy so there is that. I continued watching doctor who with my nieces in the evening
